Someone recommended that I watch the movie Salton Sea a while back. I've had the mpegs for a while now and I still knew nothing about the movie. I saw it in the video store today and rented it. It was not the best movie I've ever seen, but it had a creepy storyline that was interesting and unpredictible. I've never known any tweakers nor have I delved into the world of meth or speed, but after seeing this movie I think I know too much. Alternatively, I watched The Heist (Gene Hackman) the other night and from the good reviews I remembered hearing I was thoroughly disappointed. How many twists can a movie take before it's not only unrealistic, but just stupid?
